Both the purchase and delivery processes were well managed and efficient. Once I'd placed the order, your updates provided assurance as to progress. I think the service was at least as good as I'd have got from our local dealership, and the price was considerably less than I'd been quoted there. I'd certainly recommend other potential buyers to give you a try.

I hate buying cars and dealing with car dealers, it just seems one stress after another. However, this experience has been nothing but positive. You have been attentive and dealt with all of my queries (and I know there was alot, I question EVERYTHING!). But you were patient and responded to all of my questions. Considering there is no face to face dealings you'd think buying a car this way would be even more stressful, but I can honestly say it's the best car buying experience I've had from start to finish. You did everything you said you were going to do and I can't praise you enough

The delivery and collection went smoothly in the event and we are very happy with the used C4 so far. Everything was exactly as described and only signs of use are a couple of minor scratches on the bumpers, which we are not worried by.

So many thanks again for all your help and advice.  It is a relatively brave move for us to buy something as big as a car online and we will definitely recommend Citroen Supermarket and your personal professionalism to anyone who asks us in future.

From first contacting you a week or so ago to delivery of the C3 today I am totally impressed with the service and courteous attitude from all dealings with your company from you initially perfect and then Roger and Joanne.  You're a customer's dream carrying through all promised.  The car delivered by an equally amiable chap today has impressed me even further.  I hope the car lives up to all of you which I'm sure it will do.

I work in a service driven industry and from experience when somebody takes time to write to a company it is often a complaint. People rarely take time to say thank you! Well i wanted to write to say thank you to all concerned for a fantastic service!

Tom, who i had contact from at an early stage of looking at leasing a Citroen was a fantastic help. He always responded to my e-mailed questions promptly and even took time to phone me to check whether i had made a decision or whether i needed any further information.......no pushy sales techniques.

When i was ready to order, again the help was there. The documentation arrived promptly (thanks Joanna) and when i pointed out a slight error it was amended and new forms sent to me within the hour! All my queries were answered to my satisfaction and the information i asked for was promptly given. I was surprised and pleased at how quick it all went through!

Next came the delivery day. The tax disc arrived by special delivery and then the car arrived in a lovely clean condition. The delivery driver (I don’t know his name) continued the great service. He was very courteous, gave me plenty of unhindered time to inspect the new car and even showed me some of the controls and how they worked (electronic brake and gear box). I was very grateful!

Overall my experience of the service i received from your company was fantastic and i will certainly use you again should i decide on another Citroen next time and shall recommend you should anyone i know be considering leasing a car.
