Further to our conversation, my new car arrived safely last night at about 5:45pm!

I am totally chuffed to bits with it, it looks stunning and the high level of preparation that Gefco and Citroen supermarket have put into the car was clearly visible.  It is great to drive and it is nice to have cruise control again! I am really excited!!!

I really wanted to thank Citroen Supermarket and all at LMC Citroen of Farnham who have made it possible for me to afford a C3 Exclusive when I thought it was beyond me and for your professionalism and courtesy in dealing with me at all times and the painless approach to buying a new car which your company ensures!  Special thanks must also go to the admin team and the delivery driver from Gefco, whose titanic efforts got the car to me, despite covering most of the UK in one day!

 

I have been motoring for over 50 years and I have always found buying a new car very stressful. Many other people have also agreed with me.

May I take this opportunity of saying that for the first time in my life I bought a car over the internet. I expected the normal stress in doing so and have been very pleasantly suprised to find how easy it was. I dealt with Lee Jones, he was fantastic, he is completely on the ball. He does exactly what he promises. He has kept me fully informed throughout the transaction and is obviously a great asset to your company. Your other staff I have spoken to have also been most helpful if Mr Jones was busey when I telephoned.
